Shipping Timeline

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking info via email. Delivery times vary by location and carrier.

Carriers We Use

We primarily ship through USPSUPS, and FedEx, depending on the item size and destination.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship within the United States. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in something, reach out—we may be able to help.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free on most items. Heavier or oversized items may include a calculated shipping fee at checkout. Any exceptions will be clearly noted.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, it is considered complete. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery date, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll help investigate.

Flip-Back Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or significantly different than described, we’ll make it right—either with a replacement or full refund. Just let us know within 5 days of receiving your item.
